Littelfuse's sensitive gate SCR for direct microprocessor interface offers blocking voltage capability up to 600 V and 0.8 A IT(RMS) specially designed for ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) applications. It is manufactured in the smallest package in the industry for this type of SCR, an SMT SOT23 package. All SCRs' junctions are glass-passivated to ensure long term reliability and parametric stability.
