NCP71x Family of Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regula

ON Semiconductor's NCP71x family are LDO linear voltage regulators. They are stable and accurate devices with ultra-low ground current consumption (4.7 µA over the full output load range) and a wide input voltage range (up to 24 V). The regulator incorporates several protection features such as thermal shutdown and current limiting. The NCP716 and NCP716B also feature short circuit protection and are ideal choices for portable devices with low standby current requirements.
