KONNEKT™ U2J Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitor (ML

KEMET's KONNEKT utilizes an innovative transient liquid phase sintering (TLPS) material to create a leadless multi-chip solution. KONNEKT enables a low-loss, low-inductance package capable of handling extremely high ripple currents in the hundreds of kilohertz (kHz) when combined with KEMET's ultra-stable U2J dielectric.

The U2J KONNEKT capacitor can be mounted in a low-loss orientation to further increase its power handling capability. Wide bandgap (WBG), silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN) systems, data centers, and switched tank converters are typical applications.
