TB67S109AFTG is Toshiba’s flagship 50 V/4 A bipolar stepper motor control driver with 32 micro-stepping, advanced mixed decay optimum switching mode, and various protection functions that are excellent for a wide range of 12 V to 36 V precision motor control applications with evaluation board is available at Digikey. Toshiba also offers a pin-to-pin compatible 50 V/2 A version, TB67S269FTG, and 50 V/4 A 4-step version TB67S102AFTG which provide cost-performance alternatives for designers.
