The SMA, SMB, and SMC series of TVS diodes extend AVX's product offerings into semiconductor TVS devices. These are industry standard components with three peak power ratings, 400 W, 600 W, and 1500 W. AVX offers a working voltage range of 5 to 400 V on these diodes.
