The CDBZ0130L-HF is a 100 mA, 30 V, 0201 Schottky with a V_F of 0.37 V, making this one of the smallest and most energy-efficient Schottky diodes on the market. Measuring just 0.02 x 0.01 x 0.01 inches, the slim package is ideal for consumer electronics, mobile handsets, notebooks, PCs, and portable products.

The diodes are manufactured in a completely halogen-free process, are RoHS / REACH compliant, contain zero tin, and are drop-in replacements for their lead-framed counterparts. The extra-large terminals are gold plated and require less mounting precision.
