Automotive Ultrafast High Voltage Rectifiers: STMicroelectronics Automotive Ultrafast High Voltage Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified devices intended for use as freewheeling diodes in power supplies and other power switching applications in automotive functions. These ECOPACK®2 compliant devices offer guaranteed performance up to a junction temperature of +175°C, very low conduction losses, negligible switching losses, and low forward and reverse recovery times. Based on ST's 800V - 1200V planar technology, these devices are especially suited for switching mode base drive and transistor circuits.
