The RZ/A Series enables solutions required for the future, with proprietary technologies and the ARM® ecosystem. Supporting faster graphics, digital audio signal processing, and device control, the device uses a high-bandwidth parallel 128-bit memory data bus, delivering superior memory throughput. A single RZ/A Series MPU accommodates a complete software stack of libraries, operating system and application code, in addition to a graphics frame buffer. With increased performance of 1000DMIPS at 400MHz, and 6x throughput of 333MHz 16-bit DDR2, the RZ/A MPUs are an ideal solution for a range of applications.
