A quality is not the best but somehow acceptable, mine got the frequency at 99.3 MHz without tuning. Mine got a broken adjustable capacitor so that it can’t be turned at all. With my handmade antenna it always shift the frequency +/- 0.2 MHz. You need a new tune-in every time you power it on. I wish that there will be a better version which provided an onboard built-in antenna to avoid such issue.
