Simply laser diode. Delivered in soft package. Works fine being powered with 320 mA current(second photo shows IR light in almost darkness for eyes).Laser diodes are known to be very vulnerable. Would be great if there is at least a pinout picture("+" on case pin, discovered experimentally) provided to avoid extra experimenting. The datasheet with maximum values and technical characteristics would be ideal.
