eSMP® SMPA Schottky Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductors eSMP® SMPA Schottky Rectifiers are a patented Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS®) rectifiers that are available with seven voltage ratings from 45V to 200V and several different package options to serve a wide range of system requirements. TMBS offers several advantages over planar Schottky rectifiers. As operating voltage moves to 45V and above, planar Schottky rectifiers tend to lose their advantage of fast switching speeds and low forward voltage drop to a substantial degree. The patented TMBS structure addresses this issue by diminishing minority carrier injections to the drift region, thus minimizing stored charges and improving switching speeds.
SMPC TO-277A Schottky Barrier Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductors SMPC TO-277A Schottky Barrier Rectifiers provide high efficiency and high forward current ratings in a compact and space-saving package ideal for automated placement. These high current density surface-mount schottky barrier rectifiers also offer low thermal resistance, low forward voltage drop, and low power losses. These devices meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, with an LF maximum peak of 260°C.
45V TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductors 45V TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers in an SMPC package enhance the TMBS series by providing very low-profile, surface-mount SMPC package devices with typical height of 1.1mm. Vishay Semiconductors 45V TMBS rectifiers are designed for solar bypass applications. These devices combine high forward surge capability with low forward voltage drops down to 0.30V to minimize power losses.
