TMS570LC4357 32-Bit ARM Cortex-R5 Based MCU
OMO Electronic TMS570LC4357 32-Bit ARM Cortex-R5 Based Microcontroller (MCU) is a high-performance automotive-grade ARM® Cortex®-R-based MCU. The TMS570LC4357 has on-chip diagnostic features that include dual CPUs in lockstep and Built-In Self-Test (BIST) logic for CPUs. This device also includes N2HET coprocessors, and for on-chip SRAMs; ECC protection on the L1 caches, L2 flash, and SRAM memories. The device also supports ECC or parity protection on peripheral memories and loopback capability on peripheral I/Os. The TMS570LC4357 integrates two ARM Cortex-R5F floating-point CPUs, operating in lockstep. This integration offers an efficient 1.66 DMIPS/MHz and can run up to 300MHz providing up to 498DMIPS. The device supports the big-endian [BE32] format.
