In addition to reducing on-resistance significantly down, special attention has been taken to ensure that these MOSFETs have a very good dynamic performance coupled with a very large avalanche capability for the most demanding switching applications. SuperMESH3™ Power MOSFETs now come in voltages up to 1200V.
