ACPL-M51L High-Speed 1MBd Optocouplers
Broadcom/Avago High-Speed 1MBd Optocouplers are low supply voltage digital optocouplers. The optocoupler consumes low drive current of 3.0mA, operating at a wide voltage range of 2.25V to 24V. These digital optocouplers provide electrical insulation between input and output. The Current Transfer Ratio (CRT) is 140% (typical) at IF of 3.0mA. These devices are configurable as a 4-pin device and can be used in any TTL/CMOS, TTL/LSTTL, or analog applications. Features include open-collector output, 15kV/µs high common mode rejection at 1500VCM, and low propagation delay of 1µs (maximum) at 5V. Applications include a communication interface, digital signal isolation, MCU interface, feedback elements in switching power supplies, and digital isolation.
