C8051F348 / C8051F349 Microcontrollers
Silicon Labs´ C8051F348 / C8051F349 8-bit microcontrollers feature high-speed 8051 µC Core architecture with up to 25 MIPS throughput with 25MHz clock and expanded interrupt handler, as well as memory features that include 2304 bytes data RAM and 32KB Flash programmable in 512-byte sectors. The 48-pin C8051F348 and 32-pin C8051F349 MCUs feature digital peripherals that include Hardware SMBus™, SPI™, and UART serial ports available concurrently, four general-purpose 16-bit counter/timers, and a programmable 16-bit counter array with five capture/compare modules.
C8051F34x Full Speed Flash MCUs
Silicon Labs C8051F34x Full Speed Flash MCUs are fully integrated mixed-signal System-on-Chip (SoC) MCUs designed for USB applications. These flash MCUs feature 48 MIPS high-speed pipelined 8051-compatible core, 64kB on-chip flash memory, 4kB RAM, integrated transceiver, integrated clock recovery, and missing clock detector. The flash memory, which can be programmed in-circuit, allows field upgrades of 8051 firmware and also provides non-volatile data storage. The C8051F34x flash MCUs are ideal for PC peripherals and point-of-sale terminals.
