AS6501 2-Channel Time-to-Digital Converter
ams AS6501 2-Channel Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC) is a high-performance frontend device based and derived from the TDCGPX2 converter. This AS6501 converter provides the highest measurement performance and highest data throughput that is achieved on two channels. Features include compact design, reduced cooling, simple data post-processing, and unlimited measuring range of 0s to 16s. The AS6501 converter offers high configuration flexibility and unlimited measurement range covers many applications. This TDC calculates all stop measurements inside, proportional to the applied reference clock.
