Xilinx XA Automotive CoolRunner™-II Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs) produce the high speed and ease of use associated with the XA9500XL CPLD family, along with extremely low power versatility in a single CPLD. The XA Automotive CoolRunner-II CPLDs offer the added benefit of in-system programming using the exact same parts for high-speed data communications/computing systems and leading-edge portable products. The XA Automotive CPLDs provide enhanced features such as DataGATE, advanced I/Os, and small form factor packaging. Additionally, the CPLDs offer ultra-low power of 28.8µW, a low standby current of 16µA, and CoolCLOCK technology resulting in a reduction in dynamic power.
