Automotive Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes
ROHM Automotive Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified high-reliability diodes. These diodes offer 24W or 40W Peak pulse power (PPP) and 225mW power dissipation (PD). The Automotive TVS diodes exhibit reverse breakdown voltage range (VBR) between 5.32V to 34.65V and 0.87A to 3A peak pulse current (IPP) range. These diodes feature a 0.9V low forward voltage range and provide an excellent ESD protection. The Automotive grade TVS diodes come in a silicon epitaxial planar structure and are available in a various packages.
