Nice to know the diameter is almost 8mm. Dropping resistors are R: 330 ohm, G: 220 ohm, G: 47 ohm. Brightness variation of each LED at 3.3V from Raspberry Pi's GPIO is relatively good, yellow is a bit brighter and green is a bit dimmer, though.

VND70x0 High-Side Driver for Automotive: STMicroelectronics VND70x0 High-Side Driver for Automotive Applications are single and double channel high-side drivers manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower® M0-7 technology. They are housed in SO-8, PowerSSO-12 and PowerSSO-16 packages. The devices are designed to drive 12V automotive grounded loads through a 3V and 5V CMOS-compatible interfaces, providing protection and diagnostics.
