TQC0015 High Isolation, Absorptive SPDT Switch
Qorvo TQC0015 GaAs FET single-pole, double throw (SPDT) high isolation, absorptive switch delivers 100 - 6000MHz broadband performance in wireless applications. A DC supply ranging from +3 to +5 Volts and control signals compliant to +1.8 CMOS logic operate the TQC0015. The switch features added functionality with a Disable pin where both output ports are terminated in 50ohms. Available in a RoHS-compliant, compact 4 x 4mm surface-mount leadless package. The TQC0015 SPDT switch can be used in wireless infrastructure, test and measurement, or any general purpose wireless application.Learn More
