Delivered to odessa for a month in a pupyrchatom package. All capacitors are in place, in a convenient tape, the capacitors will not get out of it anywhere. Measured two of the tape, one showed 8.5 uf, the other 8.3 uf, which, of course, does not fit in 10%, but they are cheap.
