Swissbit M.2 PCIe N-10m2 Solid State Drives (SSDs) are PCI Express® M.2 2280 compliant drives. These SSDs are available in 120GB, 240GB, 480GB, and 960GB capacities. The N-10m2 SSDs incorporate 2 Gen3 lanes for the interface. These SSDs support NVMe 1.2 commands and consume low power. The N-10m2 SSDs feature industrial 3D NAND flash technology, DRAM supported FTL, data care management, AES256 encryption, and in-field firmware update. These SSDS come with Swissbit Life-Time Monitoring (SBLTM) tool and also SDK for SBLTM on request.
