QPC9314 High Power Switch LNA Module
Qorvo QPC9314 High Power Switch LNA Module is targeted for TDD macro or picocell base stations. The QPC9314 has a 2.3-2.7GHz frequency range with an LNA switch module that integrates RF functional blocks like a pin-diode based high power switch. The switch is capable of handling up to 52W with an LTE signal (8dB PAR) along with two LNA stages. Further integration is implemented where the pin diode driver and DC-DC converter circuits enable only the need for an external 5V power supply. The control voltage for the switch and gain control mode is with 3.3V logic.
Switch LNA Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G
Qorvo Switch LNA Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G are 5G Sub 6GHz solutions covering bands, n77, n78 and n79 (i.e. 3.3GHz to 5GHz). These sub 6GHz switch LNA products integrate an LNA and high-power switch in a dual-channel configuration supporting Massive MIMO receiver systems. These switch LNA modules include a bypass mode with power down capability. They offer low insertion loss and low noise figure. Additionally, some are capable of operating in a high and low gain states.
