Delivery to samara is 1,5 months. Transistor is peregrated and redrawn. Measured parameters. Resistance stock-source (rds) about 0,7 ohm!!! The original irf640 rds should not be more than 0,15 ohms. That is, 4,5 times less than the sent transistor!!! Maximum drain-source voltage vds = 253 volts. The shutter capacity (ciss) is about 950pf. When measuring the capacity of the transition according to the requirements of datasheet (the real capacity at vgs = 0 volts) turned out to be 245 pf. The original irf640 ciss must have about 1160 pf. That is, the transistor crystal is much smaller than the original one. Transistor are not irf640!!! This is a rough fake!!! Opened and won the dispute. Seller and product do not recommend!

***AS: The TPS65010 device is an integrated power and battery management IC for applications powered by one Li-Ion or Li-Polymer cell, and which require multiple power rails. The TPS65010 provides two highly efficient, 1.25-MHz step-down converters targeted at providing the core voltage and peripheral, I/O rails in a processor-based system. Both step-down converters enter a low-power mode at light load for maximum efficiency across the widest possible range of load currents. The TPS65010 also integrates two 200-mA LDO voltage regulators, which are enabled through the serial interface. Each LDO operates with an input voltage range from 1.8 V to 6.5 V, thus allowing them to be supplied from one of the step-down converters or directly from the battery.

***AS INST: The TPS65010 also has a highly integrated and flexible Li-Ion linear charger and system power management. It offers integrated USB-port and AC-adapter supply management with autonomous power-source selection, power FET and current sensor, high accuracy current and voltage regulation, charge status, and charge termination.
