These regulators offer high ripple rejection, low dropout voltage, high output voltage accuracy, and low supply current. The RP152x includes a voltage reference unit, error amplifier, resistor for setting output voltage, and chip-enabled circuit. These CMOS-based regulators offer extended battery life and are ideal as a power source for hand-held communication equipment. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, portable communication equipment, cameras, and home electrical appliances.
