Chips arrived in sterlitamak 40 days after payment of the order .. In the process of waiting for the order, i watched youtube video dedicated to research of tda2030a chips, both appearance and their work as part of amplifiers. It turned out that there are two variants of execution of these chips and those that came on this order have a slightly simplified form. Formally this is the case t220, but the differences of the chips are still: the metal substrate is a little different shape (there are no technological projections), narrower conclusions at the output of the chip. Which does not match the description in datasheet. The chips work but their load characteristics are slightly worse. Perhaps this was manifested only on the batch of chips that were investigated. As much as the chips are inexpensive, the order arrived in the expected time, so i recommend both the product and the seller.

These devices consume just 600µA/channel while offering 2.8MHz of gain-bandwidth product. Along with increased ac performance, the amplifier provides high output drive capability, solving a major shortcoming of older micropower operational amplifiers. The TLV247x can swing to within 180mV of each supply rail while driving a 10mA load. For non-RRO applications, the TLV247x can supply ±35mA at 500mV off the rail. Both the inputs and outputs swing rail-to-rail for increased dynamic range in low-voltage applications.
