It is cheap. You could spend almost the same amount for the empty 24 section box alone. BUT.Wide tolerances. Example: C marked 331 was actually 220pf (should be marked 221). Most are within 30% tolerance.Mixed, up from cca 15% to 40% of wrong value capacitors in each partition in box.Capacitors are knited in a kind of a mothball group, instead of laying down next to each other, and that makes it look as there was more of them; and when you want to take one, you lift the whole ball of them. Box looks full. In reality when you untangle them and lay them down, box looks pretty empty.Box lead is not tight on the section walls (small halfball in the center underside of the lead is preventing lead to sit on top of section walls), and this allows capacitors to cross section walls when box is shaken or turned sideways or upside-down.
