There was a hitch with the delivery of the order but the seller went to good-natured communication and sent again. And finally in 3 months everything came. But again it went not all smoothly when checking after feeding the voltmeter readings very strongly jump. When feeding 12 v readings jump from 8 v to 14 v and sometimes even up to 80 v.
