The regulators features high input voltage, wide input range DC-DC ZVS Buck regulators integrating controller, power switches, and support components all within a high density System-in-Package (SiP). Integration of high performance Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) topology, increases point-of-load performance, to provide best-in-class power efficiency up to 98%. The PI3523 requires only an external inductor, two voltage selection resistors and minimal capacitors to form a complete DC-DC switch mode buck regulator.Learn More
