TLP35xxA High-Current Photorelays
Toshiba TLP35xxA High-Current Photorelays apply state-of-the-art U-MOSVIII process technology MOSFETs optically coupled with an LED, reducing board space and improving system reliability. The TLP35xxA Photorelays feature a rated operating temperature of 110°C, and a high ON-state current rating of ION=5A, IONP=15A (TLP3543A). The ON-state current is three times larger than the rated steady ON-state current providing improved design safety. The OFF-state output terminal voltage offers a wide range of options from 30V, 60V, 100V and 200V. Packages available include DIP-6 and DIP-4, with both Gull Wing (SMD) and wide creepage options offered. The TLP35xxA High-Current Photorelays have an ON-state current range of 0.7A to 5.0A, making it ideal for numerous DC or AC applications, as well as industrial applications.
