QPC6324 Absorptive High Isolation SPDT Switch
Qorvo QPC6324 Absorptive High Isolation Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) Switch is a Silicon On Insulator (SOI) switch designed for high-performance communication systems. This switch offers high isolation with excellent linearity and power handling capability. The blocking capacitors are not required for the RF ports unless the voltage is on the RF line. The QPC6324 switch provides a non-reflective design so that the RFX ports are terminated into 50Ω in the off state. This switch is packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact 4x4mm surface-mount leadless package and is 1.8V logic compatible. The QPC6324 switch finds its applications in 4G/5G wireless infrastructure applications and other high-performance communication systems.
