Checked, works super. Installed at the output of 11 volts, hung a load of 18 w (18 w at 12 v) and raised the voltage at the input to 30 volts, all ok. When the voltage drops below the specified output, it lowers it by another 1 volt below. Included for a couple of minutes of everything, the heating was, but not strong. The step-down converter should work.
