Seller sent only 10 instead of 20 pieces in a lot. Also, sent items are not labelled as HT7333 but they have "7833" written in them.I measured some of them and they indeed seem to be regulator and they regulate input and produce stable 3.3V. Also, quiescent current is very low (as it should be) and I measure <10 microAmpers when no load is connected.
