ON Semiconductor® NCP170 CMOS LDO Regulators are designed specifically for portable battery-powered applications that require ultra-low quiescent current. The NCP170 have ultra-low consumption of typ. 500nA that ensure long battery life. A dynamic transient boost feature improves device transient response for wireless communication applications. They are available in small 1mm x 1mm xDFN4 and SOT-563 packages.
