These regulators are ideal for applications that need a direct connection to the battery and low power consumption. A logical "HIGH" at the CTL pin enables the device and "LOW" at the CTL pin not enables the device.

BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators: ROHM BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators are low quiescent regulators featuring 45V absolute maximum voltage. These regulators offer an output voltage accuracy of ±2% (3.3V or 5.0V Typ.). The BD4x regulators are ideal for applications requiring a direct connection to the battery and low current consumption.

Electronic Vehicle (EV) Solutions: ROHM Semiconductor Electronic Vehicle (EV) Solutions are designed to contribute to efficiency and improved performance in of state-of-the-art Electronic Vehicles (EV). These LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges and maximum output current, that varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watch-dog timer, and voltage trackers only. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers are ideally used in cellular phones, automotive devices, home electric appliances, consumer equipment, and industrial appliances.

Low Quiescent Current Solutions: ROHM Low Quiescent Current Solutions increase the demand for smaller components that can provide greater design-flexibility along with the necessary space for integrating new features. The low-quiescent-current regulators offer maximum rated voltage of 50V, an output current ranging from 200mA to 500mA, and a Quiescent current as low as 6μA. Ceramic capacitors can be used for compensation of the output capacitor phase.
