Not exactly what i expected to buy. These are not hollow needles, but metal sticks of different diameters. Apparently for making holes in the flooded areas.

Not speedy, but still a nice module for some diy projects.From testing, they charge the battery at about 0.75A until the battery is mostly charged, then drop down to 0.25A. While charging, the red light blinks. When done charging, it is a steady red. Not fast, but not bad.When charging other devices (output), the light automatically turns on and has an output of about 1A.
