F2977 SPDT RF Switch ICs
IDT F2977 SPDT RF Switch ICs feature 50Ω port impedance, high linearity, and wide bandwidth. The F2977 RF switch ICs provide low insertion loss across the entire bandwidth. These F2977 ICs are optimized from 30MHz to 6GHz to support a multitude of wireless RF applications. The F2977 ICs operate at 3.3V or 5V supply voltage and are compatible with either 1.8V or 3.3V control logic. These F2977 ICs feature high isolation, high linearity, low distortion, and fast switching. Typical applications include cellular Base Transceiver Station (BTS) and transmit/receive switching.
