Received in novosibirsk in two months. The module works.With a load of 2a current, the throttle is heated so that you can not hold the hand for a long time. At current 3a-you can boil water. The losses in drossel are very large. The chip can withstand a larger current, but the layout of the elements and tracing of the conductors do not allow to normally divert heat from the case. The supplied radiator is of little use. Highly heated and electrolytic capacitors, pulse current for them is too large, ceramics on the input and output are not enough. Be careful when you first turn on, the underline resistor is in a position where the output voltage value will be close to the input.Without forced cooling, for load current more than 3a-strongly do not recommend.
