HMC644ALC5 5-Bit Digital Phase Shifters
Analog Devices HMC644ALC5 5-bit Digital Phase Shifters offer 360 degrees of phase coverage, with 11.25 degrees of LSB within a 15 to 18.5GHz frequency range. The HMC644ALC5 Digital Phase Shifters have a very low 3.5 degrees RMS phase error and an extremely low ±0.5dB insertion loss variation across all phase states. Designed as high accuracy phase shifters, these devices are controlled with 0/-3V complementary logic. These phase shifters do not require a fixed bias voltage. The HMC644ALC5 Digital Phase Shifters are internally matched to 50Ω with no external components. Designers can use simple external-level shifting circuitry to convert a positive CMOS control voltage into complementary negative control signals. The HMC644ALC5 Digital Phase Shifters are ideal for EW receivers, weather & military radar, satellite communications, beamforming modules, and phase cancellation.Learn More
