MAX20307 eGaN Driver
Maxim Integrated MAX20307 eGaN Driver is a high-frequency configurable driver IC designed for enhancement mode Gallium Nitride (eGaN) FETs. This MAX20307 eGaN driver uses half-bridge topology to drive both the high-side and low-side FETs. The MAX20307 driver input signal is 3.3V TTL logic compatible and can withstand input voltages up to 6V irrespective of VCC voltage. The TTL logic compatibility results in flexible design as the INH drive input operates directly from the outputs of most PWM controllers. The MAX20307 eGaN driver features a configurable gate drive, high-efficiency SMPS design, adaptive dead time control, and high-frequency operation.
