very nice and pretty cool power supply for small project, this kind is the cheaper on the market. You have to stay way below 700mA for not have problem of heating. the module is the black one core, the other one is a similar product of market, they are made in similar way. only problem with that one is that you have to cut pins, soldering is made without shorten pins, you could risk some short circuit without cutting.
