***TEXAS: The TL720M05-Q1 devices are monolithic integrated low-dropout voltage regulators offered in 3-pin TO packages. They regulate an input voltage up to 45 V to VOUT of 5 V with 2% tolerance. The devices can drive loads up to 450 mA and are short-circuit proof. At overtemperature, the incorporated temperature protection turns off the TL720M05-Q1 devices.
