The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), and Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features. Select products are low-EMI solution compliant with EN55022 class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B) & CISPR 25 (Class 5). The compact and highly integrated design of the µModule power products addresses time and space constraints while delivering highly reliable and efficient performance.

Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4631 DC/DC μModule® Regulators include ultra-thin dual 10A or single 20A output μModule step-down DC/DC regulators. The regulators are housed in a 1.91mm LGA package with a 16mm x 16mm footprint.
