Diodes Inc. AP3405 Step-Down DC-DC Converter is a 2.0MHz, current mode, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) converter. This converter drives up to 600mA load with high efficiency and excellent line and load regulation. AP3405 uses current mode control to provide fast transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limit. The AP3405 provides complete protection including under voltage lockout, over-temperature protection, and hiccup mode short circuit protection.Learn more
