OMO Electronic TPS706xx 150mA Linear Voltage Regulators are ultra-low, quiescent current devices designed for power-sensitive applications. With a precision band-gap and error amplifier they provide 2% accuracy over temperature. With quiescent current of only 1µA it makes these devices ideal solutions for battery-powered, always-on systems. These systems typically require very little idle-state power dissipation. These devices have thermal-shutdown, current-limit, and reverse-current protection for added safety. These regulators can be put into shut-down mode by pulling the EN pin low.
