    Cuts off charging at 18.5 v it turns out that the batteries are charged a little more than 60%, the charge of each battery is about 3.7 v, before that acquired exactly the same charge from another seller, there the cut-off of the charge went to 21.1 v, apparently such a large spread of controllers i just did not get lucky this time ((((
