Siliconix Driver and MOSFET Module (DrMOS) SiC8x incorporates an advanced MOSFET gate driver IC that features high current driving capability, adaptive dead-time control, and integrated bootstrap switch, a thermal monitor that alerts the system of excessive junction temperature.
