LT1762 150mA Low Noise Micropower LDO Regulators
Analog Devices Inc. LT1762 Low Noise Micropower LDO (Low Dropout) Regulators supply 150mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 270mV. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low 25µA quiescent current makes the LT1762 Regulators an ideal choice for use in smartphones other noise-sensitive applications. Quiescent current is well controlled and does not rise in dropout as it does with many other regulators.

Linear Technology/Analog Devices LDO Linear Regulators are a broad line of high-performance low-dropout linear regulators (LDO). These LDOs offer very low dropout, fast transient response, excellent line and load regulation with a very wide 0.9V to 80V input voltage range.
