MAX17613x Series System Power Protection ICs

Maxim Integrated's MAX17613A, MAX17613B, and MAX17613C, the latest additions to Maxim's system power protection ICs, are adjustable overvoltage and overcurrent protection devices. They are ideal for protecting systems against positive and negative input voltage faults up to +60 V and -65 V and feature low 130 mΩ (typ.) RON FETs.

Complete system power protection ICs prevent field failures and unexpected downtime by mitigating the harmful effects of reverse voltage, hot-swap, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature fault conditions frequently encountered in industrial, medical, e-mobility, and other environments.
