CA3509M4 Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for Active Ant

CEL's CA3509M4 is an L-to-S band low noise amplifier (LNA) IC. It is used in active antenna applications from 0.8 GHz to 6 GHz for systems including SDARS and GPS. CA3509M4 has a low noise figure (0.40 dB) and high associated gain (17 dB at 1.575 GHz). It includes a built-in ESD protection diode and an on-chip bias supply circuit to reduce variations in bias current.

  • Low-noise (0.40 dB) and high-gain (17 dB at 1.575 GHz)
  • On-chip bias supply circuit
  • On-chip ESD protection diode
  • Suitable for SDARS (2.33 GHz) and GPS (1.575 GHz) systems
  • Global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) like GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and Galileo
  • Satellite radio (SDARS, DMB) antenna
  • Microwave communications
